What really stood out was that he didn’t charge for the call, even though he clearly took time out of his day to assist. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and customer care these days. These guys saved our butts during an issue with a/c installation. They responded quickly and brought thr whole team to help. They cuddled our dog, laughed with us, worked for hours to figure out the problem, communicating with epcor, so that things got handled fast. They even fixed our dryer when they found it was missing the on switch. Highly recommend.
