Nov 2023 Some of you may be suspicious of the pipeline 5 star ratings for this company. Couple of things, look at how many reviews many of us have done, these are not paid for Botts or folks that will write a 5 star review if it isn’t true. Second, the reason everyone gives them 5 stars is Kevin and Stuart work VERY hard to ensure a 5 star experience, from quote through to completion of job and after install service. Kevin was the second electrician who worked on a puzzling circuit that intermittently failed and also impacted the dishwasher. After more than an hour inspecting the panel and the outlets, as well as the dishwasher, he reasoned that the problem had to be in a junction box, probably in the attic. However, before spending a lot more money, he suggested we take a quick look in the basement to see if there might be a junction box closer to the panel, and that turned out to be the issue (quickly and well repaired).
