My 2nd experience with Halo Plumbing was DEFINITELY NOT as good as the 1st. I needed a new gas valve for my Rheem 50 gal water heater. The office folks kept me updated on arrival times which is great. Unfortunately they wanted around $1,000 to replace it. PLUS the valve they brought back was incorrect… also that valve retails for around $137. It would have taken 45 minutes to replace. Then they wanted to change me $4000 for a new w/h that probably cost them $800. CRAZY! I would not recommend. Still had to pay their $69 servi... read more
