On time, explained everything and gave me options. It’s never good to have a plumbing problem but this was a very pleasant experience
Jose redirected the water supply for the toilet so it could be installed at a future date. Work was completed quickly and cleanly.
I can’t say enough good things about Halo. I had an emergency situation, and called five plumbing companies this morning before calling Halo. None of the others were able to offer same day service. I spoke with Angie at Halo at about 8:45 AM, she got me scheduled for today between 11-1, texted as promised 30 minutes before the technician’s arrival, and José and Joshua showed up prepared to work.
