Mimi was very sweet, caring, professional & welcoming, at a time when I especially needed it! It would be a better world if everyone was like this-especially people in service positions, as I am! This Salon is beautiful, peaceful, clean & very well-kept. I will be back!

Halo nail salon is wonderful, I have been going there for many many years with Donna and Yen. The whole team is excellent. They are very caring and listen to their clients needs and they do an outstanding job. The salon is beautiful, super clean and I highly recommend Halo !!

I am unhappy with the male technician who did both my pedicure and powder mani. Specifically, my toes have smeared red polish while not painting the edges. Pedicure is horrible. Powder color used was incorrect but that was the manager nit the tech. I have nicks on my cuticles because the drill was too close to my skin, while also having overlapping powder. I have gone to Halo many times before and they always do a great job. The last time I went, I specifically said I want a basic gel pedicure and one of the women kept saying “no you want a spa pedicure”. We went back and forth a few times until I asked her for the book with all the services listed. I pointed to the $55 pedicure and told her that was the one I wanted.
