It’s all fine when you’re looking for a car, excellent service. Immediate phone calls, easy to reach etc. the minute you so go the papers that’s when it all falls apart, let’s start with the car, the kms did not match as by a good 2500kms, that’s fine whatever I’m sure it was used by the sales team as a daily. Then the service light came on, did they do a complimentary service, nope I had to pay but they did it at a “discount” of about 100$ lol then it turned out battery needed replacing but of course that’s not covered, so ... read more
I'd like to talk about my experience buying a car from Halo Motor. I went through a lot of trouble with the car, but it all ended well. I'd like to express my gratitude to the customer service members. Ben, in particular. He had attentively listened to my concerns and was fast to resolve the issue, even though it wasn't his fault. Thank you^^
Arranged a video call with a sales man for a specific time , however half an hour out from the call he told me the agreed time was now busy for him, I said I was available at the moment however got ignored and left on read and have a tight work schedule in a remote area with little service. Unprofessional dealership, read the reviews before moving forward with anything. **Update** The salesman Tom also contacted me asking me to remove this review.
