Do not go to this car dealership. Firstly, the transfer of registration was not completed as it should have been. After repeatedly trying to get the issue resolved, we eventually had to advise that we would be taking the matter further with the RTA before anything was done. We also paid almost $2,000 for an extended warranty as part of our vehicle purchase, only to find that Halo Motors has not paid the warranty company. Went to buy car put $1000 deposit down. We drove from the Goldcoast and when we got there it was raining and got told we couldn’t take the car for a test drive. It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received my deposit back after numerous phone calls, emails and texts. I would definitely not recommend the unprofessional company.

Very poor experience with this dealership. Enquired on a car to buy with trade in. They provided a link for trade in information and photos. I provided all info. After 3-4 days of no response I followed up but still no response. A few days later, late in the day, they sent a text to see if was still interested. I responded that I was and to provide the trade in estimate. Next morning car is listed as sold. Massive time wasters. I bought elsewhere.

Traded in my Mazda ute on a Audi Q7. Lovely car etc but the dealership are very slack in answering phones and transferring the vehicles into and out of names.

When I signed the consignment agreement, I was promised that the team would keep me updated throughout the process and work with me on a selling strategy. Unfortunately, that never happened.
