Honestly, a Horrible Experience This clinic has one of the worst patient management systems I have ever encountered. Reception is completely dysfunctional. It is nearly impossible to get through by phone—calls are simply not answered. If you are lucky, someone may return your voicemail a day later, often just before closing. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was made to wait 1.5 hours, and to make matters worse, I was denied entry for arriving 15 minutes late, which shows a clear double standard and complete lack of ... read more
