I live in Pittsburgh, PA and recently purchased a carriage home in Naples, FL. in October 2024. I saw the HALO sticker on the furnace at my property so I called about their services. Patrick and his team are exceptional! This was the absolute best move I made! In just 6 months, HALO discovered two severe situations at my property, which were resolved immediately. I've had Halo as my home watch service for nearly 2 years and they are always extremely courteous, friendly, and responsive. They send photos and full descriptions of each visit and notify me when there is an issue. I also use their storm watch service, which came in handy last year when Hurricane Milton hit. The staff are all ex-military or ex-police, which makes me feel very safe. I highly recommend Halo!
Halo does an excellent job of watching our house. They will arrange for things like screen repair or roof repair if needed. It really reduces the anxiety of living far away from our winter home.
