Review three years ago--We have used Halo for maintenance and repair. The service technicians are professional and they arrive on time. Highly recommended. New review--We have had a great experience with Halo until the past year. They installed 2 units at rental properties. One has some issues that should be covered by warranty, but we can't get them to respond to calls or emails. We also asked to have the yearly maintenance work done at a condo. 4 months later and many phone calls later, it is not done. Looking for a new co... read more
