I came in for a balayage and did not receive a balayage whatsoever. The hair stylist used foils, and only highlighted my hair. Yet I was charged for a balayage ($220). I should not have been charged that much for some highlights. I also have reached out over phone, left a voicemail, and sent emails. But no response. I just want a response.

As a present, I sent my daughter to Leticia to get her hair done with some vivid colors. My daughter came home in tears as she wasn't happy with her hair and was surprised by how rude this stylist was. Save your money and go somewhere else in FoCo.

I love getting my hair done at Halo!! It is always clean and it has a super welcoming environment. Lilly is the sweetest and I love getting to talk to her every time I come. My hair always looks amazing when I leave and she is very knowledgeable in all things blonde!
