I needed extensions for an upcoming special event in my life so I called Halo. Over the course of a few weeks, I called multiple times and left multiple messages for both of the two girls at Halo that do extensions. I even spoke with the receptionist to make sure someone-anyone was getting my messages. Not even the courtesy of a call back. Not professional. Disappointing.
