Booked a cut and blow dry. Turned up and she said she couldn’t cut short hair. Tried to call once last night, but no voicemail left and didn’t try to call again. Terrible customer service and astonished at “can’t cut short hair”. Trying to get in touch with Fresha as well reviewed on their, but not here so their reviews on Fresha obviously don’t reflect reality.
Fantastic bunch of ladies, all very knowledgeable. Welcoming and friendly. Make you feel like you've known them years after 5 minutes. Complete professionals. Would 100% recommend
I had a fantastic experience getting my waxing done today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The environment was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall relaxing experience. The service itself was excellent—quick, efficient, and virtually painless. Plus, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of care provided. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great waxing service. I’ll definitely be returning!
