So I’ve been calling no stop because my sisters have a wedding and they keep ignoring my call. I don’t know who gives the right to an establishment to ignore a person before the wedding day. This establishment does not care have that professional to help woman only when it’s convenient.!

I’ve trusted Rachael at Halo with my hair for the last eight years. Coming from Los Angeles, I did have high expectations and was initially blown away by the reasonable cost. After she did my hair I thought “this is incredible - she’s better than the stylists in LA at half the cost”. And that remains true to this day! She’s the only one I trust with my hair, and through all my moves throughout our region I’ve continued to drive an hour + out of my way to go to Rachael because I love what she does to my hair. All the hairstylists are the best, I am making this to overrule the newest and absolutely nonsense negative reviews about the service. Some people just live nasty and decide to take it out on these amazing workers. They are all great and it’s the best salon in town. Don’t come spreading negativity and completely false and lying information about a session, these are real human beings not just “unprofessional stylists” most have been there for over a decade, and no one has the right to say something bad about them.
