Great facility that is really connected into the Burke community. They have a wide variety of classes and programs for really any experience level. They also have an amazing youth strength and conditioning program!
Love that they offer kids classes! Such a great way for my boys to work off their energy!
After watching the Netflix series called Physical 100 and Physical Asia, my son asked if he could join a Crossfit gym. We tried a couple of gyms for his age group. Then we met a couple who were wearing a CrossFit703 t shirt in a grocery store. The nice and friendly lady was actually a trainer in Burke gym. They invited us to try. We did a 2 free trial classes. My 12-y-o son plays multiple sports and he loves the Halo Youth Class. It is an excellent way to improve his strength and conditioning and he loves going!
My kid takes part in the Youth Strength & Conditioning Program at Halo. He absolutely loves it! It is well organized and runs kids through a series of exercises that are age appropriate with watchful coaches. It is an awesome program that helps to build a love for fitness and an athletic foundation. 5 Stars.
