This is the best gym! The community is supportive and welcoming. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging and great to work with. Classes are well planned, engaging and convenient to fit into a busy schedule. Can't recommend Halo enough!
Super friendly and down to earth gym with plenty of capability and coaches who are genuinely interested in seeing you succeed. No pressure tactics. No bs. They have worked with me to overcome mobility issues from previous injuries and I have regained a lot of strength. Great for mental health too.
I used to go to Halo Fitness a few years ago for about two years, and I recently started back up again about a month ago — and it’s better than ever! I absolutely love the group workouts. I joined Halo with a friend and have been working out there for almost 2 years. It’s a great gym experience. The coaches—Jordan, Dan, Alex, Cassie—are awesome at not only knowing who you are but also at helping you modify exercises for your fitness level and help you grow stronger. When I started, I needed a pole to do a forward lunge—sad—but they never made me feel weird about that or other modifications.
