Nice Hyrox/crossfit gym! The people are friendly! They have classes and open gym and 24 hours, tiered memberships, highly recommend!
Halo is both well equipped and well run. I particularly liked the structure of their classes; there are plenty of video screens around demonstrating proper form and also knowledgeable instructors that can propose modifications as needed. You will get the work out that you want and the workout that you need in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
This gym is great! The environment was motivating, and the staff were truly inspiring and memorable. I took the Peak class, and it really helped prepare me for my Army fitness requirements.
The Peak class was amazing!! I’m an athlete, and even I was burning by the end. Such a great workout and definitely got my body into shape. The energy, intensity, and coaching were all incredible — highly recommend!
