I had a wonderful experience at Halo Fetal! The lady was so sweet, kind, and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole experience. She was very gentle, patient, and caring, and you could tell that she genuinely loves what she does. She explained everything so nicely and made the experience even more special for me. It was an incredible experience for my partner and I!!! We accidently booked the wrong package but the lady doing it was very kind and understanding! Will definitely be trying to go back again!!
We got scammed! We didn’t get any 3D photos and the usb video of the session didn’t work We got 4 super poor quality grainy 2D photos I asked for a refund and received $20 back, had paid $178 It has honestly difficult to even get an apology from her. Later informed by an ultrasound tech that she wished she had known I had booked a session and would’ve told me not to waste my money
