Extremely Disappointing First Impression I had a very unpleasant experience with a member of staff at Halo Domiciliary Care. They were extremely rude over the phone, which was both shocking and unprofessional. If this is how they speak to potential customers, I dread to think how they might treat their service users. First impressions are so important, and unfortunately, this one was enough to make me look elsewhere. AVOID.
it is such a nice and wonderful agency to work. the office staffs and director board is just fantastic. the payment from the agency is accurate. great organization to work. really helpful to new candidates. its not only good for serving best Carers they are molding good personality too. thanks to Vijay peter and Jaimon.
