Worst medical. They don’t care about lives at all
Horrible experience- the x ray nurse when trying to insert needle in arm for contrast, was incompetent and could not get the vein to inject contrast after five (5) failed EXTENSIVE bruising and very painful attempts. So the contrast was never done - nor the x ray half w contrast. On top of it all- she blamed me cause she couldn’t find the vein to inject in!! The La Quinta Office of HALO !! Do go there is my recommendation!!!

I got referred for X-rays here at this location in La Quinta. I tried scheduling an appointment but I was told they only take walk-ins for X-rays; however if you show up and there are other people with appointments they will ignore you for almost 1.5hrs and after they’re done with everyone else then they will finally start your paperwork and then you’ll have to wait again to get called in (on top of the 1:30hrs you just waited). Overall, staff are nice, not too efficient but positive attitude and the building is nice too.
I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advanced. I got a call to confirm my 1pm appointment the day before, in which they told me to come in at 12:30 for paperwork. I arrive early to a sign at the door that everyone is out to lunch until 1pm. The door lobby was open with nobody at the desk, so the whole reason as to me coming in early was completely gone.
