No one answers the phone.
Good luck trying to enter the clinic. Even during open business hours, no one is there to answer calls or at the desk. Door locked and no sign to let you know if they’ll be back. Unreliable.
The customer service here is great. They take good care of you.
We tried cryotherapy for the first time last week and it was a (cold) blast! I can't wait to go back again. Their manager Jack was so informative and made the experience so much fun.
My wife and I are traveling out of state, and wanted to get a cryo/normatec session in. Halo was amazing! They have great deals and the man who helped us Mike was so friendly and helpful! If we didn’t live out of state we’d absolutely be back again!
