This place is absolutely horrible my mother passed away this morning at 3:30am we called halo at 5am they arrived at 8 with 2 very older gentleman who put my mother on a stretcher with no straps or seatbelts or anything almost dropped her while putting the stretcher down and then proceeded outside to lift her over the rail and had I not flew over there my mother would have fell off and hit the ground in front of all of her children and grandchildren then they were very rough like pretty much stuffed her in the mini van like ... read more

2nd review, 2025. Sadly, once again, my family was in need of a trusted cremation service. After a particularly devestating event, I called and spoke with Meridith, who acted quickly to provide the final act of love that our family member deserved. She was my go to person throughout, and always gave me the time I needed, even though I'm sure she was very busy. Her follow-up was just as personal. Everyone at Halo Cremations and the Christensen Family Funeral Home were compassionate and easy to work with. Grateful for their kind service after my father passed.
My aunt used their service. One of their female employees was very nice however the others were rude. My aunt did not get the cremains for three week after my other aunt had died. That's insane. We were all left hanging with no light at the end of the tunnel at a time like this. They never updated my aunt even once. She continuously had to call and they left her crying a lot. Makes a guy wonder what they were up to with the body since it took that long! I'm very suspicious. I do not recommend this business!!
