We just bought a co-op, The owner ask if there was any problem areas I told him around the edges of the molding . The cleaner was finished before I could eat a second piece of pizza. The carpet and edges of carpet looked virtually the same-dirty. Michael said oh that’s street soot, it won’t come out. I took spic and span and it did come clean. BOTTOM LINE the edging was never cleaned . He didn’t give me a receipt he only wanted cash and he did nothing to remedy the situation.
