Very disappointing experience with Halo Care Services. Despite using only minimal services (mainly transport), the package went over budget by more than $2,000 with no clear explanation. Communication has been poor and we constantly had to chase them for answers, which is unacceptable for a provider that is supposed to manage everything properly.
