This is a pretty great car wash place to vacuum the car. The staff are really great and very helpful. Our sunroof was a tiny bit open and they saw that before we entered the car wash. Also, staff offer to power wash the mats, which is nice. I’d give them a higher rating but for a few issues that could be easily corrected: 1) owners have to repair the car mat washing machine, the one that works needs assistance from a staff person 2) our hub caps were really dirty - some car washes soap/scrub down the hub caps before entering... read more
I have been a member for over 2 years. I was extremely disappointed to find out this morning my membership has been cancelled. No email or notification of any kind. Because Halo no longer wants to honour its contract. I signed up for an unlimited membership for the purpose to have unlimited access to a car wash. Extremely disappointing to see this type of customer service and business practice! I will be looking for other options in London.
