This was my first visit, the staff were very helpful. I got my car washed & vacuumed, , mats washed & dried.
Excellent service
I pay for a membership, just under $50/month and about to stop. With bug season here, going through the wash doesn’t get the bugs off your hood, and they don’t offer a bucket before entering the wash for you to quickly get out and scrub the bugs off. Also, a few of the vacuum stations are missing one of the vacuums and/or when you take the vacuum off of the holder, the cord falls off the attachment, then you’re trying to maneuver holding the cord into the attachment to vacuum your vehicle. I have been using halo car washes for 2 years and decided to try this one as i was in the area. They advertise 7'2" of clearance, it does not clear 6' 10". The roof of my truck got marked up with no contact from the manager as i was informed would happen. If you have a taller vehicle that is near 7' in height i advise to go to a different halo wash as the one in wareloo and woodstock both clear over 7'.
Staff here are very helpful.
