Former client. I just renewed my membership. Quality wash, with vacuums incl. as is floor mat cleaning (flat only, no molded mats).
15 washes a month only This company gets you into a contract and then they change the terms I’ll be looking for a new car wash
I originally purchased the highest car wash, which was unlimited and I’m now being told it’s only 15 times per month. I wash my car daily for work as I drive for a living, there are some customers who have the same membership but only use it 3-4 times a month. This was a ridiculous move Halo Nothing like convincing your customers to sign onto a contract and then change it on them to suit your own financial benefit.
Not happy at the moment. They get you to sign an unlimited contract and then tell you later that there is a limit now. My vehicle being clean is important for my work as it can get dirty from a full day of driving everyday and especially in the winter time. I have two vehicles under two plans, I will be reevaluating that now.
Associate helped me with the $10 off coupon, wash did a super job on the car, dried really well, then used the free vacuum. Awesome!
