they are really good but, they need to promote more and offer promotions more frequent especially for premium washing.
The Innes location in Ottawa is awesome! Nice folks, clean facility, and excellent washes.
I've been a regular customer since Day 1, during the winter season that is since the Orleans Halo opened up. Awesome customer service, employees always smiling and ensuring that you are satisfied. Just to name a few of the employees, Sterling, Michel, Dillon, Tahsin and Valerie. A must for the ones that want to keep their vehicle clean and happy customer service.
Despite line ups - they move pretty well ; and you ca get your floor matts washed after by the attendants at side door(office) Nice extra touch
