Placed in order for an expo we were doing. It included stress balls and ink pens with our logo. From beginning to end it was a hassle. First, I ordered blue stress balls and blue pens. I ended up with black stress balls and caught it in time for the pens or I would have ended up with black pens, as well. When I authorized BLUE.
