Had orders placed on 11/28/2023, expecting timely delivery. Was charged for drop shipping, then eventually told that there was not drop shipping. However, the product didn't arrive until 02/15/2024, more than two months past the expected delivery date. The prolonged delay severely impacted my confidence in ever using this company again.
