Best salon in Toms River this is under my husband's account! Lol
I took my daughter for her first hair cut and Alexis did an amazing job! She was so patient, and kind! My daughter loves her new look and her new stylist!
I had a bad experience in the past but I decided to let that go as things have been much better at halo. Great haircuts and great service. Very happy.
AMAZING colorists and stylists!!! Plus they work a lot with the OCVTS cosmetology school.
