I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Halo Beatz. I booked her specifically for Chris Brown’s concert and she never delivered the service. Not only was there no cancellation or refund, but she still has my deposit. I have texted her numerous times since 9/14/25 and even emailed, yet have not received a single response back. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with Halo. I’ve been serviced by her before and had a great experience, which makes this even more upsetting. I booked her again for my birthday photoshoot, and she was a complete no call, no show no explanation, no apology, no response at all. It’s been four days, and I still haven’t heard anything or received my deposit back. I Showed up to the address that was sent for the appointment. I then texted and called to let her know I arrived, waited patiently for an HOUR, still no call back, email, or text. She blocked my number! Super disappointed as I was so excited to get my makeup done.
10/10 I highly recommend Halo Beatz Makeup. The best makeup artist in Austin Tx. Good positive vibes & very professional. Book the appointment now! You want be disappointed.
