Very nice doctors highly recommended
This health centre is a joke! I've just got out of hospital with a bag full of meds I told the receptionist I'm really poorly I need to go through the meds with my doctor and told the receptionist these meds have to be taken in the mornings and told her I need a sick note for work she told me I will be alright ring back at half 10 because I can't help it's for emergency appointments only! so I said let me stop you there this is an emergency I have to take these tablets first thing in the morning and I can't walk to the pract... read more
I am all for this new system that brookevale practice have i got a call back spoke to a doctor who then came out to see me and prescribed medication after checking me and it was ready before boots closed well done to all staff
Absolutely appaling service and reception staff always rude, inconsiderate and don't show any care. They transferred me doctors in the middle of important tests due to location and quite worrying ones too until i find out results. Gave no 2 #&cks about my situation and were just like...oh well..see ya. Left me short on meds because I was 3 weeks in to my 4 weeks prescription when they had me transferred ..which leaves me with nothing from them and then now onto the new docs.
