We wanted to build a 2-car detached garage. Our homesite has a footprint complicated by tight space and slope. Louie and Evan worked directly with our architect to determine exactly and where how to build it into the hillside. We wanted to save as many of the big trees as possible during site clearing and Louie did an unbelievable job of felling trees that needed to come down without damaging any of the trees that were to remain. Purchased my home and new at first site I wanted a driveway. All we had were 2 spots and a very rocky uneven stairs to enter through the basement. Called Hallstrom for the job because they did the retaining walls and terracing on the property. Luis and Evan both came out to look at the project site.
