My ex-wife and daughter were trapped in gridlock heading east after seeing the solar eclipse from Franklin NC. My wife had mentioned to me the AC was working inconsistently, but they weren't prepared for what happened next. They got off 40-E and headed to 70-E just before Black Mountain because the GPS said it found a faster route. However, the GPS hadn't yet caught up with reality and there was gridlock on 70 as well. Great company with really friendly staff. They picked up my broken-down car in the mountains and got it fixed quickly. Big thanks to the mechanic who worked on my car and to the service advisor Buck — you guys did an awesome job!
Tow service was prompt and professional and the mechanic shop got my vehicle in the same day. Honest business. Highly recommend!
