Great company with really friendly staff. They picked up my broken-down car in the mountains and got it fixed quickly. Big thanks to the mechanic who worked on my car and to the service advisor Buck — you guys did an awesome job!
Tow service was prompt and professional and the mechanic shop got my vehicle in the same day. Honest business. Highly recommend!

Best place to get work done on your vehicle. Tommy is wonderful and very reasonable Prices. I just had my side mirror replaced on my Kia, what a fabulous job he did I highly recommend taking your cars there. Before I went to Halls towing I went a few other places in Black Mountain. No comparison. I have lived in Black Mountain for 9 years. I finally have a place I can trust
