I never complain but Halls has dropped the ball. Yesterday I came to pick up an RX the doctor prescribed and the woman could not find it. She finally found it and stated it had not been filled and that it wouldn’t be filled on that day because the compounder left. She told me that it would filled in the morning and that I can return after 10 am the following day. I show up here of course the next day and the RX is not filled and they told me to wait 15-20 minutes more. Not ok. I also live on the opposite end of town and it i... read more
