We are building a new home this spring, the foundation will be poured next month (weather permitting). I called this company to get an estimate for propane tank sizes and set up fees as a new customer. They were not helpful at all! They would not give any estimates or answer basic questions until we have appliances set.
Setting up and ordering was easy. The delivery driver was very nice and professional.
We received our delivery with less than 10% in our tank,and sub-zero temps on the way. Our hilly 380' driveway was snow covered and still we received our delivery, Kudos to the driver that's what I call great customer service.
