I'm giving them 3 stars solely because, prior to today, we had never had any issues with them. Everyone we had interacted with in the store and refilling our tank at the house had always been professional and courteous until today. I unfortunately did not get his name, but the older of the two men who came out to our house today was VERY rude and unprofessional.
