Horrible service. The lady was friendly but the sevice department was and is beyond terrible. I do not recommend anyone to go to this place for repairs or servicing. My utv has been in there for 3 months and they haven't addressed the issue they changed parts that didnt need to be changed i gave the approval for the parts under the influence it would be repaired only to be called back being told it has the same issue. Bought a front tire from them and had it mounted. Bike immediately developed a new vibration. Brought it right back. The manager blamed the rear tire, alignment, chain, and quality of tire and sent me away. 10 minutes later I notice my brakes are extra spongey. My bike is now unsafe to drive and requires work, all because I brought it to Halls in Crestview.

Very rude and very short. Called in for a simple tire check. Like it was an impossible task for the lady just to verify if they have anything in stock. Short and sweet....never going there. Driving to fort Waltons km cycle and marine. At least they aren't a*holes.

Was ready to buy a 4 wheeler today and was told wrong information on availability, salesman got on the phone and was cutting me off on questions and told me just to come up there even though I live 2 hours away. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They seem to always talk down about every other make they dont sell. Caught them in countless lies trying to sell a bike to a guy. Horrible way to do business especially being the GM of the place.
