Very pleased with the service - Glen had me drop off my lock cylinder on a Friday Evening to refurbish for me and had the fresh key and rebuilt cylinder ready for me at his shop on Main Street the next morning for a very reasonable price ($30-60 job versus $80-250 new etc). This was for a 98 Chevy Cavalier - all GMs are great about wearing out and making it almost impossible to turn the ignition sooner or later.
