I do not recommend one with complex timepiece such as automatic watch go thisplace for repair. You will be sorry that you losing all your money and device might be worse than before. A person who fix the watch seems not a good watch maker he can not fix thing right only make it worse in my case. My Citizen watch (Eagle series) stop and hour hand and minutes hand stuck . After his so called fixing, the hour hand and minutes hand just go wildly and erratically. Watches hands were not attached properly to the watch spindles. Th... read more

DON'T GO HERE! Do not bring your watch here. Ian has no respect for your for you or the business that you bring to his store. Takes 4 times longer than quoted, does not communicate, and is rude when you ask for updates. Ian basically told me to get lost and get out when I expressed my discontent, he did not care or apologize for the horrible customer service. Lovely people and wonderful customer service, just a little over priced in retrospect, maybe it was just for me. However a replacement watch battery started at $45 and ended up being $75. It was done in an hour or so. Asked for a gold clasp to be attached to a gold and silver pendant but ended up with silver for a further $25. It does look nice, however not what I asked for. Again very lovely people, just feel a little taken advantage of and charged a higher price. Note that another watch was opened and looked at for me but ... read more
