Shame,James, service guys & Antonette..made our van pickup easy. We drove up from Adelaide, had a few things go pear shaped at handover includi g our ute being to high to hitch...but with a great all round effort everytbing wss sorted before we left the yard. Had trouble with the breakaway system on our 2015 Silverline while travelling from NSW to SA. Called into Jayco Mildura, met by Nakita and Andrew. All I can say is how wonderful, professional and caring they were. Nothing was a problem. All fixed and mobile again within 2hrs. Would highly recommend Jayco Mildura.
We had an issue with our hot water service on our Jayco van (bought from them). We gave them a call to try and rectify the problem but it could not be done over the phone. Thanks to their great service it was fixed the next day. Special thanks goes to Makita and Bruce for their quality service. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new van or quality service. This was not the first time they assisted us with a query, they always deliver a friendly and excellent service and go above and beyond!
We were most impressed with the lovely staff at Jayco Mildura who made our new purchase easy breezy! From Shane the sales consultant, to Andrew who went through the hand over in great detail, to Antoinette who ensured all the i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. Thanks and we are excited for all the adventures ahead .
