tried to call these people to have them service my ac. called 4 times, during business hours, within the span of 2 days and not once did anyone bother to answer the phone. when i finally did hear back from halls, i was told my entire ac unit was beyond repair and required a full blown replacement. as i never once seen a technician even come by my house, i was reasonably wary of this quote and as I was approaching a full week i had gone without ac in the blistering summer heatwaves here in Redding. They do good work but nobody ever returns a phone call from the office. Very frustrating. You have to call their cell number to get any response.
