My heartfelt gratitude Dr Debbie - your respectful, gentle and transparent manner assisting my sassy little Puss to pass over today made this difficult decision the best outcome we could’ve hoped for. Cannot praise enough. My poor cat was struggling to breathe, there was no other option but to let her sleep peacefully. The vet and staff made the sad experience peaceful for my beautiful Pud and I. The extra mile they go with candle lighting and sympathy was heartfelt, genuine and so appreciated. They didnt judge my ugly crying and I was sent a beautiful handwritten card with Puds paw prints on it. Thank you so much #hallsheadveterinaryclinic for all you did
I was a bit apprehensive not using a specific exotics vet, but Dr Julia was wonderful with our guinea pig and was clearly very knowledgeable, we were able to squeeze him in on a weekend which was great! Will be our go-to vet from now on, thank you so much ☺️ So glad to have another piggy savvy vet local to us!
