Poor Workmanship There is no pride in the construction of these houses. When I moved into my house there was no power in 2 bedrooms because of crossed wires. GFI outlets were faulty, Only half on the electrical fixtures in the house were properly grounded and there were exposed live wires in 8 different fixture boxes. They forgot to put in 2 lights and also forgot to install a window. Every carpet seem in the house is visible and the vinyl flooring started peeling within the first month. Halls LLC thinks I should be "GRATEFUL" ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY, BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS! I've been in my home for 9 months and I'm still finding HUGE problems with my home! I recently discovered about 2 tons of TRASH CONCRETE buried under my sand and dirt as I was preparing to lay grass and a sprinkler system. No pride in their work. This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT PURCHASE!! I have lived in this home for 2 months and am still trying to get things painted that should have been before I got my keys. I am calling on a daily basis to ensure things get fixed. These homes are poorly contructed and not a single sub-contractor takes pride in their work. Poor Business Ethics and Practices As an active duty military member we are brought up knowing that you can delegate authority but not responsibility. Hall Brother’s has failed miserably for us and other homeowner’s in the area, specifically Park West, in this instance. Low income housing I would not recommend this contractor for building a future home. These homes are poorly made and they cut corners. There is no character in these homes, quite ugly and begin to look worn way before their time.
