One of our favourite places to stay. Well equipped - our spa room even had a massage chair!! Thanks to the staff for attention to detail. We will be back for certain.

We had a great family holiday last week at Halls Gap Log Cabins! The location was great, a lovely walk into the centre. Our cabin was spacious, comfortable and very clean (minus the big black house spiders in the second bedroom, so we all (3) slept in the main room as we didn’t want to kill them). The only negative was the pool, it looked clean but was super grimy and slippery on the below surface. Halls Gap log cabin are absolutely beautiful, with wonderful views of Mt William to look at. There's a big grassy area where the kangaroos love to lay down and relax in the afternoon.

Please be aware that the owner will show no compassion if you are in any difficulty. We had to cancel our 3 night booking 5 days before our dates as we had a death in the family. Whilst we understood that there was officially no cancellation 7days before the booking, the owner had taken our $700 and refused to communicate, other than being very rude to our friends who had booked another cabin at the same time. No possibility for any form of even partial refund or to rebook for a later date. This created stress at an already ... read more
