Really well stocked (to level of city stores), knowledgeable and friendly parts store (not just for Toyota). What a remote auto store should be and needs to be.
Because we had a technical problem with our Land Cruiser, we spontaneously drove to the garage after arriving in Halls Creek and were given a friendly welcome. The whole team immediately took care of us and we were treated courteously. Many thanks to everyone, especially Peter.
We sent in our family car for repairs, and they kept it for 12 months without making any meaningful progress. When we finally got it back, they claimed to have done what they could, but the car was in worse shape than when we brought it in. For the outrageous price of $1,500, we received a vehicle with wires hanging out of the dashboard and a completely torn-up interior. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs.
Rubbish service. If I could give them a zero I would. They could not fix my family member’s car. They ordered parts and explored options without asking first to see if my family wanted to spend or could afford to spend the money on the parts they were trialing to fix the problem. They did not phone my family to give updates. They held my family’s car for months without a resolution and then handed it back with a $1400 bill and it was not fixed.
