I have been bringing my car here for annual safety inspections for literally decades. This year, I hit a little snag: My SRS light had come on and I was told the car would not pass inspection with that light on. Rick suggested I contact Honda to see whether this might be covered, since Honda has had several recalls involving air bags and other parts of the safety restraint system. Love these guys! They have been nothing but honest and helpful in the 14+ years we've been taking our cars to them. Yesterday when I had an urgent situation involving my son's car, they jumped to the rescue, including Rick, the owner, who personally tracked down the part I needed (rebuilt to save beaucoup dollars) and made sure it was well-made and would hold up. 5 hours later and just in time, the car was ready. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else!
