Had a good experience with Hall's. Friendly professional service and car was finished on schedule. The work on the car was perfect and couldn't tell there had been any damage. Would recommend.
They told me they had availability and would get it all done... Four weeks later, the car hadn’t even been touched, and they told me it would be another week to two weeks. This place is too busy for its own good. No updates unless I called first... and when I did, it felt like I was bothering them. I finally had it towed to a real shop that actually fixed it in a couple days. If you like delays, silence, and broken promises, this is your place. Otherwise, run.
BEWARE! Do not do business with this body shop. I cannot express my dissatisfaction with this body shop enough. I had to take my car back two separate times because of careless mistakes and overall very unprofessional service. I will add all photos and videos as evidence. Our first issue was when they finally called about our car being done. Mind you, we dropped our car off on June 11th, and we did not get it back until July 24th.
