Always does a great job and very accommodating to my schedule. Prompt and reasonable. Good about communicating and responding to my calls.
Travis did a beautiful job on our carpets at a very reasonable price. Many of my friends and family have used him/ this company and have never been dissapointed. Very very sweet. Thank you!
Extremely RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL staff...After trying to work with Halls a few times at my property, Brad decided to take whatever frustrations he was having that day out on me by yelling in my office in front of my employee & resident, rolling his eyes, saying "honey, get it together" and storming out of my office like a 5 yr old...Then had the nerve to blame me for their problems. I have had Halls come out a few times to clean my carpet and every time they were courteous, efficient, and over all great to work with. My carpets look brand new when they are done and I have always been pleased with their service. I've dealt with a few different people from Halls and am always given the same kindness and respect regardless of who I've worked with (Brad is the best!!)! I have recommended them several times to my friends and family and will continue to do so!
