Halls Bridge is the closest parts and service for my Suzuki outboard motor. On 9/11 I called for some parts I needed for the motor. The person gave me a new number to call for their service person, to get help with parts identification and he said he would have them up top for me to pick up the next day. Halls bridge tried to get me to buy a new engine and the whole time the issue was that they put a wrong starter on the boat. I paid them 1600 dollars to screw me. I took it to another boat place where they replaced the starter and told me the engine to the boat was fine, it didn’t run due to the wrong starter put on by Halls Bridge. The boat now fires right up and runs like a champ. They gave me the run around about my boat for over 3 months. I would not recommend anyone here.
I just had my seats and cushions re-upholstered at Halls Bridge. Great job. Mark and Kevin are great folks. Looking forward to my next project
They worked on my Mercury under warranty as well as some other work customer pay . I was very pleased with the work and it was completed ahead of schedule . I also had the boat detailed and the boat looked liked new . Thanks Halls Bridge Marine !!

We have a '92 Ski Nautique with an interior that needed a lot of help. We just picked it up with all new interior upholstery, and it looks like a new boat! Mark was very easy to communicate with, and we are very pleased with our whole experience. I would highly recommend their services.
Sorry this is long but it could be longer. I went to Halls Bridge Marine to get me a pontoon boat that I have dreamed of for many many years. Lady in front is rude and insulting people’s intelligence by bullsh#t excuses and will say anything to keep from warranting work done. If she said let’s check we may need to go another route to find and fix the problem. I would have been ok with that answer, and been willing to pay for the repair. That’s not the direction she took it was all my fault I did something wrong. I will not return. I left felling screwed instead of being a customer.
