My daughters and I had to stop in Metter yesterday because my tire kept losing air. He answered the phone on a Sunday and offered to try to plug it for me. The object that punctured it was too large so he got the donut put on and offered suggestions of tire shops to help fix it. I was so appreciative of his help, especially being from out of town and not knowing the area.
Was in Metter from out of town, and needed some help with my truck on Saturday morning. Called these guys, they were able to get right on it. Got me and the grandchildren back on the road in no time.
Had transmission rebuilt in March last year with 90 day warranty, it went out in November past warranty. So he had it rebuilt again in November for a "discount" bc he wanted to "help me out" but did not provide invoice or paperwork. When I got truck back the second time the transmission was knocking and leaking fluid. I told him I did not want to accept it in that condition.
