We were on a road trip when our car started shaking. Luckily, we were able to get to Halls, who was able to diagnose the problem immediately as a tire issue. We happened to have an extra full size tire but unfortunately, we did not have the right size lug nuts for the extra tire. Without hesitation, he hopped in his car and offered to get us the lug nuts we need. He was able to get us back on the road in an hour and gave us an EXTREMELY fair price for all his help and work.
