USAA sent my vehicle here and they left parts that where damaged on my vehicle and damaged other parts of my vehicle that weren't even the affected areas I took photos of where the damage took place and it was the driver's side fender and the door. Not the bumper but they took the bumper, grill, and headlight off, and never gave them back to me. BEWARE OF SENDING YOUR VEHICLES HERE. I'd recommend them for auto body repair no matter what was needed. Our older vehicle has quite a bit of rust but they definitely repaired what was needed. If we need them for ant future repairs we'd not hesitate to contact them again. They were honest and fair with us. They also were pleasant to speak with.
just come in anytime, turned into an appointment; then bring it back when you can drop it off, two weeks into a rental vehicle and they can't coordinate with insurance.
