I have been with this practice for a few years now, I have not been correctly diagnosed once. They take one look at your issue and immediately assume what is it without proper examination, sending you off with a prescription and told to come back if it didn’t work (nothing I was given worked after coming back every few weeks). I would give 0 stars if i could - 5 hours waiting in the telephone queue today and no answer even though i was progressing through the queue positions..... THEN the phone died. I am raging
Nightmare of a place waited 3 wks to get seen then rushed out door changing doctors
Impossible to get an appointment plus not everyone is able to call at 8.30am everyday to try and get an appointment
