If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Hallowell and James in Downers Grove took care of my father's services. I went in approximately 1 month before his passing to make arrangements. Howard helped me. He was kind and professional, without being flippant or callus. When my father passed, the gentlemen who came to bring him to the funeral home were equally kind and compassionate. We could not have asked for better service. David was exceptional from the moment we walked in the door. He was compassionate, caring and most importantly sincere. He accommodated every request we had which was extremely important to us. He ensured every detail was taken care of. Cannot thank David and the Hallowell and James Funeral home enough.
